Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the second in command of the branch and assist the Branch Manager in smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with Branch Operations Manual, KYC/AML Policy, and Foreign Exchange Manuals.
- Supervise over-the-counter services, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
- Manage Trade Operations and ensure adherence to bank’s risk and compliance policies.
- Monitor regulatory reporting to avoid delays and ensure compliance.
- Oversee KYC reviews, risk assessments, and authorization of daily transactions.
- Maintain accountability for ATM Operations, Account Opening, Remittances, Cash & Clearing Departments, and more.
